Heres more about the position: Working under the direct supervision of the Director of Operations, the Assistant Director of Operations is responsible for the maintenance, event and horticultural operations of the Zoo to include the motivation, evaluation, supervision and management of all staff. They are looking for someone with excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple diverse tasks; strong interpersonal and leadership skills with demonstrated ability to supervise and work with a diverse staff and guest clientele; college degree in a related field of management with a minimum of 5 years of supervisory/management experience or 10 years or more work experience with a proven record of leadership in operations management.
